SAV is a unique variant of mulled wine. A wine made from birch sap around Storsjon lake in Sweden. The wine is flavoured with fresh herbs and spices, natural aroma and a bit of sugar. The result is this glowing drink, that works not just for Christmas but through the whole cold season.
Alcohol percentage is 14%
Serve warm as a mulled wine – or cold as aperitif.
